The Boudoir and other things

Well, I have been working on expanding one of my books. NEw work is just not coming right now because I am sitting in a little corner in the living room. It is NOT working. The office will have to be done this weekend or I might do injury to someone.
I am finally getting the Boudoir back up and going. I had problems the last time I tried to do it but it is working now so I will have it up tonight, hopefully. I am stuck inside all day, which 
means I have the heathens in with me too. Temps are getting too high for them to be outside.
I also redid My myspace. It has been fun, adding everything and I am still working on it. going back to work on boxes so I can actually get some writing time in tonight.
Nick here changed my mind on Callum from The Cursed Clan. THIS is him, down to the brooding look, lol.

Well, it is slow going now. See, this being an old house there isn’t much storage so it takes a bit a work to get to fit. And I am waiting for final placement of my bookcases before I put up my books. I put them in alphabetical order by author and I just don’t want to do it again until we move next summer.
Been doing a bit of reading, a big of writing. It is hard for me to concentrate, because I am stuck in the corner in the living room at the moment, waiting for the “Old Maid’s Room” to be cleared out. We still have abo
ut 30 or so boxes to unpack.
Other than that I am getting a new thing going with some authors. Kally Jo Surbeck, Liz Andrews, Lena Matthews, Maggie Casper, Eve Vaughn, and I are starting a group called Sexual Chocolate Authors. We will have our true grand opening at the beginning of August. Look for us to give away a lot of goodies at the beginning of the month and then regular posts with updates, and we do have some plans for signings and a HUGE reader party at RT. Invite only, folks!
I have some more boxes to avoid so I will leave you with this purty picture and a look at my new cover for Grace. Also, look for more info in a week or so about new contracts:)
My Life as of Today

Well, I have been busy, unpacking, driving 12 hours round trip to pick up the kids, unpacking, and getting the new network set up that I have had little time to write. And when I do, it bites the big one (and not in a good way) because moving sucks a lot of creativity out of me.
I did get a bit writing done on the three projects I am working on. Well, on two I wrote new stuff (Sinner’s Delight and Chasing Luck), and Cursed Clan had some fantastic critiques from friends that I worked over. But, I am trying to infuse my body with enough get up and go this morning to start the unpacking again. I cooked my first dinner in the new house last night, and I have to say that makes it feel more like home. Now, once I get my books up, and in alphabetical order, then I will feel much better(DH apparently thinks putting the kitchen together is more important than bo
oks! Phillistine!)
The night before we left I decided to take a bath. I love baths, and it is the one time I get to read some days. Bath Junkie has made my addiction to baths even worse. Ahhh the bodacious bath oil is to die for. So, I fill up the deep tub, sink below the water with a book I have owned for months and I am just now getting the chance to read. Then, I hear a water gushing out somewhere downstairs, and DH stomping up the stairs. Seems the overflow safety thing drains into the light in the foyer *g*. But, I still love my house at the moment and will probably be sad when we have to leave again next summer.
