Plotting and getting to the end

I have to thank, once again, Shelley Bradley. At a retreat to pulled out her story board and started to get to work. I was riveted. Okay, not exactly riveted, but the Capricorn in me was intrigued. I’d read articles about it, but well, although I love to plan, I have a tendency to forget things I need and then I don’t have what I need. So, the scatterbrain had beaten out the Cappy, until now. I am working through Lessons in Seduction and for some reason with all my historicals I have to have it plotted really well. I am doing chapter by chapter, like Shelley does hers, and it is really helping me out today.
As a Cappy, I am a worrier and the more I worry, the worse my writer’s block will get. That just sets off another whole big panic and well, I drive Les crazy. He’s a Cancer and never worries about anything. Just sort of floats along and mocks my worrying, the heathen.
But I digress. This might be my last blog for a few days as I get really into the meat of writing and editing this baby before sending it in to Sasha. If I get some cover art, I will let you all know:)
Stay safe and warm.
