Back in the Saddle

OMG, I had such a great time at the Women’s Expo! The people of Kingsport, TN are just wonderful, and the organizers of the booksigning and event were fantastic. I hooked up with my gal Beth and met her sister, not to mention Monica Burns, who is now my booksigning buddy. It is always great to see Marty and Chrissy from Samhain–even if I was threatened by Chrissy about skipping RT Convention this year.
I so hope I can go again next year(we are awaiting magical, mystery assignment news).
Now, I am back in the saddle of writing for my 70 days of sweat. I did get some writing done while I was out of town. And I should finish up my short story today. Actually, I am about to write the last scene and be able to set it aside for a week or two before reviewing it. I had edits for Seducing the Saint waiting for me when I got into gmail and I know I will get edits for ALHP sometime soon. So I am off to write the ending of Going for Eight:)

How in the hell did you recover so quickly from that Expo!!! LOL I’m still dealing with email and things I put off before leaving. I hope you guys get to come back next year too. I haven’t laughed so much in a really long time!! Definitely gonna push people aside to sit next to you again at future book signings. *evil grin*

I passed out about 2 pm that afternoon and slept for three hours, lol!
