Author Spotlight: Alessia Brio

Hey, everyone! Today we are featuring the wonderfully talented Alessia Brio. She is not only a writer, but also the editor of the Coming Together books, and today we are going to talk about Coming Together: With Pride along with the history and future of the coming together books.
And, we don’t only have one giveaway today. Alessia is offering up TWO GC’s from Phaze, one ten dollar and one five dollar. What do you have to do? Well, for the ten dollar one, you just have to comment here. For the five dollar one, go to the Coming Together Myspace Page and comment.     Good morning, everyone! I’m delighted to be here to promote an endeavor so close to my heart.

    The humid haze from last night’s storms is lifting off the horizon. My coffee’s steaming and strong, and my kids are playing contentedly (for now) on the Wii. How are y’all?

    Alessia is wonderful writer and a generous person. Don’t be fooled… Alessia plays hard and applies that same characteristic to every task she tackles. Some of us who’ve known her for a few years admire her tenacity, I’m just in awe of her writing, her courage, and her desire to help others. Her ‘Coming Together’ series displays all those qualities.

    Wow! I am in awe of what has been accomplished with the Coming Together anthologies. It seems like this has taken on a life of its own and yet, it’s clear that it could never have gone so far without Alessia’s perseverence. I’m looking forward to the upcoming volumes!
