News and Happy St Patrick’s Day

Well, it was a crazy week. Okay, seriously, I know all my weeks are crazy. But I did get Lessons in Seduction rewritten, and I hope my editor liked it, did the last proofing edits on Sinner’s Delight, and I am sitting here waiting on my edits for my next Samhain book. Meanwhile, I plan to start on some gardening. The house we got on base is in sorely in need of some landscaping work. We moved in to the house in July, in Texas, and I thought we might be moving. With the heat and whatnot, I just said, SCREW IT, but now that we are staying, I am going to get to work. I am lucky that E is a gardner. She doesn’t do much, but she keeps me company, which makes the work faster. She is also a world class flower picker. She sees it as part of her duty to advise. A. likes to pick out flowers, but she tends to get bored and wander away, lol.
Other than that, I am at work on my next book trailer and doing work on the RRRW newsletter.
In other HUGE news, Samhain got RWA approval, so now we are playing in a different field:) It opens lots of opportunities for promotion for the company and its authors. In just ONE year they did it! It is an amazing feat, and not only did they do it with one book, they qualified with MULTIPLE books. That means they reached the mark of sales needed with more than one book. Shows just what a great company they are.
I think the pic counts for St Patrick’s Day, there is green in it.
Off to play and work, or work and play, or some such thing:) I’ll probably be posting the trailer later this weekend.
